In the storage area behind Smiling Jack, the Barter Bobblehead is on the upper-right side of a large shelf. Start by entering the Foundry, followed by the Bazaar, then to the back area where you'll find Smiling Jack (you can kill him to get a Terrible Shotgun). To find the cemetery from Megaton, go east until you reach Super Duper Mart, then head southeast toward Flooded Metro. The Arlington House is southwest of the cemetery. Put on the suit, then find the area with the large radiation cloud. Find the building containing a radiation suit and anti-radiation medicine. Go three squares down and four squares left from the top right of the map. The Intelligence bobblehead is on a desk in the center of the lab.

Go eight squares north of Rivet City. Look for it on a table on the west side of the cloning lab (the room with many beds) in Vault 108. This vault is full of Gary Clones, which you can kill for easy experience.ĭuring the Wasteland Survival Guide quest, there's a science lab on the ship that you can find by entering the stairwell door and following the signs. If you have trouble getting past the death claws, get a stealth boy to help. Sneak down the hill to the south where you'll find the bobblehead on a small table. You'll find the Perception bobblehead on a shelf. The Museum of Dave is one of the few buildings you can go into without first talking to Dave. If Megaton has been blown up, then you can't get the Strength bobblehead.

There is a patch for FWE and one for my own Advanced Recon Thermal Nightvision mod (giving water breathing to the helm only). The stats on the armor are identical to the normal enclave armor, but the helm has less damage resistance (due to being open) and does not have the charisma penalty (because it looks less terrifying). People seemed to like it even though it is a little over the top, so I agreed to upload it.

Ok, this is basically a custom mod I made for my own Let's Play Fallout 3 series with a character named Will. So he quickly modified the helm to allow this. But even with the color change he was never happy with the helmet, as the one thing he found he loved about being in the outside world was the feel of the wind in his hair. An earlier escapee from 101 customized some Enclave Power Armor to bear the 101 logo and colors. You and your father are not the first people to leave vault 101 and evidence of this can be found in the laboratory of the Brotherhood of Steel Citadel (near the workbench).
